Aquos Twig
The Aquos ‘Twig’ has been designed for those anglers who like to get ‘up close and personal’ when targeting carp at zero range! The compact 6’ blank allows the stalker to manoeuvre into the tightest overgrown swims, whilst remaining an extremely effective tool for extracting big, powerful carp from confined surroundings.
The Twig has a 2¾lb test curve with a through action which is mellow enough to absorb the immense power of playing a carp at such close quarters while being perfectly up to the job of landing the fish once it has been hooked. The handle has been kept deliberately short to make the rod easy to wield in dense undergrowth and to push some length forward to enable baits and rigs to be placed accurately onto small marginal features.
