Full Host Package To Include:
Web Space Rental – All websites need to be hosted on a server. Britnett host all their client’s sites on one of the biggest hosts in the world called Hostway. All Britnett sites are backed up every day 7 days a week. This means that if in error a Britnett site was deleted and damaged for any reason the worst case would be that the site could be restored back to how it was within the last 24 hours. Hostway are open 365 days per year 24 hours per day.
Host Site Upkeep and Maintenance – Every month Britnett Support Team send software through all sites to look for common errors. For example a corrupted link. In most cases our software fixes these simple errors to keep your business website working smoothly. Otherwise if a Britnett client discovers an error within the site, simply report to the Support Team through your Authorised Agent and we will fix it for you.
Continuous e-mail Support – Email support@britnett.co.uk or Webecom Marketing with any questions and you will receive a reply and advice. Always identify yourself with your company name.
Local Independent Authorised Agent Office Hours Support and Service –As Authorised Agents of Britnett we can assist and advise at any time in business office hours. You can contact us to request site changes or for a reminder how to make changes to your site.
Britnett-Carver Up-Dates – As the Internet changes so does Carver. Any changes and up-dates to Carver will automatically be populated into your site.
