Generally we can start the Web planning process with just one phone call to collect as much or as little information you can provide. From there, we'll design a page we think would work best for you and then review the plans with you. Ideally, you should provide copy for the site. If you prefer, we can provide a copywriting service for you. You will need to supply any images you want included or we can create images for you.
Do I need to hire an employee to maintain the site?
You won’t need to ! With the Britnett-Carver Content Management Systems we use you can update and manage the site yourself. After all, what good is a well-designed site if no one can see it or if the information is old? Whenever you want to make changes or add to your site you can. We will train you or a member of staff. Alternatively, we can take care of it for you.
What are your payment terms?
50% of the agreed fee is due with order. The balance is due upon completion of all the site going live.
How long will this take to get my site online?
As a general guideline, assuming you provide us with the information:
Information-only site: 2 weeks
E-commerce enabled site: 4 weeks
Will my website rank #1 on all the search engines?
We cannot guarantee this of course. Many search engines and directories are now using "pay per click" services or Pay for "guaranteed" submission, such as Yahoo's Express Services . You could spend much more than what you paid to create your website in an attempt to gain high rankings and may have to make design sacrifices to accomplish this. It is an industry of its own.

Do I need a computer?
No, you do not need a computer to have a World Wide Website. It does help though.You do need a computer to see and navigate through your website and the rest of the internet. It is becoming possible to connect to the internet with special TV set-top boxes and even mobile phones, but a PC is your best bet by far. Plus a PC will do a whole load of other stuff as well.
