At Top Flight we have developed a unique system for
replacing the 'W' shaped trussed loft rafters used in the construction of
modern houses, with steel or timber trusses which run the length of the loft,
and release the space for your use! The system was designed by our structural
engineer and complies fully with Building Regulations.

| "W" shaped rafters in positions supporting the roof, creating limited
storage and space.
| New structural web or steel beams in position, existing rafters cut and
removed, creating a full length loft with plenty of height and space.
| The completed project shows a stylish and spacious loft, with plenty of
storage space in the eaves. |
Trussed Roof Conversion: If your trussed roof (W shaped wood rafters)
is sufficiently high enough for conversion then the distance between loft roof
and floor is a minimum of 2.1 metres in height. If not, then you may need to
consider raising your roof line. We are experienced trussed rafter loft
conversion specialists and have the skills and techniques required to plan and
design a new loft from an existing trussed roof.
