The client, David
Brown of Coylton, Ayrshire has a newly built truss rafter detached bungalow with
a truss rafter roof. Having been informed by various loft conversion companies
that his loft could not be converted as he did not have the required height,
David contacted Top Flight.
Top
Flight decided to raise the roof by 800mm and replace the existing
trusses with new attic trusses.
The
result!...2 spacious bedrooms with 1 ensuite and 10 Velux windows all
completed within 6 weeks, with no disruption to the client or his
family.
