Originating in the Thomes Valley, its production dates back to the Roman era. Made from the rich thick milk of the second milking. After maturation, it develops to a very fruity creamy texture, melting in the mouth with a delicate, nutty aftertaste. The rind carries the farmhouse green oval stamp.
