Delivery & Insurance
within the UK and Ireland delivery is charged at £24.00 per item ordered (tryptych's etc are classed as 1 item)
All stock items are dispatched within 7 working day's,any items needing to be completed to order will be dispatched within 28 working days and are fully insured during transit. In the event of loss we will guarantee to replace all items of art damaged free of charge providing you retain the original packaging. All pieces of art are professionally packed and securely wrapped prior to dispatch. Every piece of art is checked prior to dispatch by a qualified member of staff who will ensure your piece is in perfect order prior to you receiving it.
Quality of Materials:
We use a variety of materials within our artwork, and try to ensure that every one meets our high standards. We have a process of testing in house any new product prior to retailing artwork that incorporates it. For orders direct off the site we use 38mm deep Loxley boxed gallery canvas which is 350gsm in weight. This is the ideal combination of suitability and quality for acrylic painting and offers an excellent look and feel. Other canvas styles are available on request for custom orders. All our pieces are painted using high quality acrylic or other paint types and are double or triple varnished for protection using a Windsor & Newton spray varnish to give an even and flat finish.
Refunds & Returns:
We will refund any customer who informs us within 7 days that the item they have received is defective or not up to the high standards we demand as a studio, subject to Studio-9Canvas not having a suitable replacement piece in stock. Custom orders will only be refunded on the basis of damage or defects in any of the materials used. We supply hand painted pieces of art and as such there will be slight differences in each piece which give each item of art its own unique and endearing qualities. In the event of damage to a piece of art the customer is responsible for claiming with the courier however all forms will be provided by Studio-9Canvas on request. We always endeavour to provide a replacement piece of art as soon as possible in such instances.
Colour Representation:
Colours may vary slightly from those seen on screen owing to the browser you are using to the view the art and the individual settings on your monitor. The settings on the digital camera and flash photography may also affect the tone slightly. Our photographic team always try their best to ensure that the colours represented on screen are as close as possible to those of the actual artwork, though the vibrancy of all our pieces is far greater and more stunning in the flesh. Studio-9Canvas cannot be held responsible for differences in colour and we would always ask you to phone us in advance should you require a specific colour match.
