Grade 2 listed Victorian house built in the 1850s. Strathmore Lawn East is hosted by Margaret Lodge, who converted the house into a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in Barnard Castle, has sucessfully run this business for 13 years.
The Bed and Breakfast is beautifully decorated and each room consists with tea/coffee facilities, T.V in each room, central heating in all rooms and en-suite on most rooms and private washing facilities available. A hearty breakfast is served everyday using local Barnard Castle fresh products from the well established local butchers, Peats of Barnard Castle.
