It was in 1988 while attending the funeral of his father who died at a very young age, that the seeds were sown for a career in the funeral business for Mr William Bruce. He started his training in a small funeral director's business in Aberdeenshire and was trained in all aspects of the business. As he gained experience he soon achieved managerial positions for some of the larger companies and 14 years later set up Stonehaven Funeral Directors having taken over premises previously occupied by another Funeral Director in Stonehaven. Mr Bruce is totally committed to providing a personal service from the very first visit to the home to assistance with the legal work and providing an after care service.
