The Service Achievement Award is a standard which promotes and rewards the highest standards of service excellence in tourism. What’s involved The Service Achievement Award programme offers • An initial meeting with a consultant • Assessment of your current service quality • Six locally run half day workshops • Three further meetings with the consultant to focus on the outcome of your assessment • Mystery shopper with feedback • Final assessment with recommendations for the future • Silver or Gold Certificate and plaque Cost The normal cost of the programme is £1295 SE Grampian is offering support to local businesses to participate in the programme Your investment is only £250 This can be paid in one lump sum or 5 equal instalments by direct debit.
