Scottish Enterprise Grampian is offering local tourism related businesses the chance to participate in a programme that will help you identify what needs to be achieved in order to deliver a consistent and first class standard of service to your sustomers.
The Service Achievement Award is a standard which promotes and rewards the highest standards of service excellence in tourism.
Completing this programme will make sure that your customers will recognise the high quality of service you are offering. What’s involved
The Service Achievement Award programme offers
• An initial meeting with a consultant • Assessment of your current service quality
• Six locally run half day workshops
• Three further meetings with the consultant to focus on the outcome of your assessment
• Mystery shopper with feedback
• Final assessment with recommendations for the future
• Silver or Gold Certificate and plaque

The normal cost of the programme is £1295
SE Grampian is offering support to local businesses to participate in the programme
Your investment is only £250
This can be paid in one lump sum or 5 equal instalments by direct debit.
