AGM 2009

This years AGM is to be held onTuesday 24th March 2009 at Stonehaven Bowling and Recreation Club.

The programme is as folloes

7.15 7.45: Signing In

7.45 : AGM with Chairman's Report, Treasurer's Report , Election of Directors and Committee Members

8.15 :'Presentation by Dave Ramsay ' How Can Local Businesses Benefit from the Homecoming and Father of the Bard Project' He will discuss opportuniies for businesses in connection with Homecoming Year and Father of the Bard Project

8.45: Selection of Burns Songs

9pm onwards Stovies will be served and everybody will be free to network and meet the following people

Representatives from Fettercairn Distillery - Learn about their best whiskies and sample a small taste

Andy Hall - Get a signed copy of his latest book , 'Touched by Robert Burns'.

Lesley Duff from Aunty Betty's with her Homecoming Ice Cream Cake which recently won an award at the Grampian Food Forum

Representatives from Shire Magazine who will beshortly  publishing a magazine on The Homecoming. Learn about possible Marketing Opportunities for Local Businesses.

Non-members are welcome. Cost £5.00.
