A crowd of around 80 turned up at the St Leonards Hotel on Monday 7th March 2006 for the Businesss Association AGM.
Donald Mitchell was taking the chair for the last time and thanked all the committe for their help and support throughout his five years at the helm.
He commented on the fact that when he took over only five people were present at the AGM.
He was delighted that the membership had grown to around 120 in that time.
Last year's Vice Chairman Doug Paton has been appointed Chairman and the picture shows Doug presenting Donald with a framed picture of Stonehaven surrounded by members of the committee.
Following the AGM everyone got the chance of a Taste of Stonehaven form the following businesses

The Horizon Group also provided information on how they were helping to enhance Stonehaven.
Gavin Fairweather of AVC Fairweather Advertising Ltd gave an excellent presentation on how Stonehaven could be marketed in the future and encouraged everybody to attend the joint meeting with the Business Association and Stonehaven its Special Tourism Group to be held at the St Leonard's Hotel on Monday 13th March 2006 at 7.30 pm.
