The popular Star Inn is situated on the corner of Rodney Street and Barclay Street just a few minutes walk going north from the Market Square in the centre of Stonehaven.
It is also only a few minutes walk from the Somerfield Supermarket so the men can enjoy a 'pint' while the woman are shopping.
Although a Smoking Ban in Pubs was introduced in Scotland in March 2006, smokers are welcome to use the specially created area at the rear which has seating and a TV.
This has been a big hit with regulars and visitors to the town are also welcome to use this facility.
Most weekends you will find Karaoke and a Disco in the Back Bar.
