Stonehaven's Feein Market attracted large crowds this year. This event has come a long way since it began more than 100 years ago when itenerant agricultural workers flocked to the Market Square to be hired for the forthcoming year.
North Sound Newsreader, Chris Harvey officially opened the event which include a varied programme of events compered by Martin Kasprowicz.

| Stonehaven Folk Club who won the award for the Best Dressed Stall

The award for the Best Dressed Stallholders went to Stonehaven Folk Club.
The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association won the awrd for the best dressed stall.
The crowd were entertained by a wide variety of acts including, highland dancing, puppet show, drummers and music groups.

Stonehaven and District Lions Club can take pride once again in a well organised event which also incorporated the Farmers and Produce Market. It is estimated around 10,000 people attended this year's events raising approx £40,000 for good causes.
