Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 16 days from the date of despatch.
We aim to process returned goods within 5 working days.
Please be aware that any postage and packing is not refundable, however you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Cancelling an Order
In the event that you decide to cancel part or all of your order please send us an email entitled "Order Cancellation" to silkandsand@talktalk.net or via the 'Contact Us' page on this website. (Alternatively you can telephone us at the numbers stated below)
Please be sure to include your name and address, order number and the details of the item that you wish to cancel.
We will provide confirmation of the cancellation by email.
