Problem: Bust bulges out of the top of the bra almost giving you "4 boobs" Solution: You need to increase your cup size eg. C to D cup.
Problem: Bra rides up at the back Solution: Try a smaller back size eg. 38 down to 36. If you go down a back size you may need to increase your cup size. eg. If you have been wearing a 38C and it fitted OK on the cup but rides up your back you will need to try a 36D. The general rule to remember when changing back size but wanting to keep the same cup size is that if you reduce by one back size then you need to increase by one cup size.
Problem: Bra feels too tight around the body. Solution: Try a larger back size eg. 34 up to 36. If you increase your back size you may need to decrease your cup size eg. if you have been wearing a 34C and it fitted OK on the cup but was too tight around your back you will need to try a 36B. The general rule to remember when changing back size but wanting to keep the same cup size is that if you increase by one back size then you need to decrease by one cup size.
Problem: Straps dig into shoulders causing red marks. Solution: This is usually an indication that the bra is not tight enough around your body. This means that your shoulders are supporting your bust instead of your body. This also affects your posture. Try a smaller back size eg. 38 down to 36. If you go down a back size you may need to increase your cup size eg. if you have been wearing a 38C and it fitted OK on the cup but the straps dig into your shoulders you will need to try a 36D. The general rule to remember when changing back size but wanting to keep the same cup size is that if you reduce by one back size then you need to increase by one cup size.
Problem: Underwires stand away from the body and dig in under the arms. Solution: This is usually an indication that the cup is too small. The underwire should divide the bust and sit flat against the body. The bra should give good coverage towards the underarm ie. the bust should not be bursting out at the sides. Try a bigger cup size eg. D to DD.
Problem: The cup is wrinkled. Solution: You need to decrease your cup size eg. D to C cup.
