Richard Fletcher   Richard Richard has 20 years experience in the construction industry, during which time he had 15 years operating as a quantity surveyor/ estimator and then progressing to Contracts Director.   He is qualified to HNC level in Building Studies and has achieved NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management. He is currently working towards membership of the Chartered Institute of Building. Richard has extensive experience in managing projects up to £2million in value as well as preparing the initial tenders for the work, and this has given him a greater understanding as to ‘actual costs’ on site. He has an excellent background in all aspects of construction and is NEBOSH qualified in Health and Safety, and CITB qualified in CDM Contract Management. Committed to providing a first class service founded on good personal relations, Richard says “The success of our company will be founded on the success of our customers”.   Deborah Lawrance Debbie Deborah is a Quantity Surveyor with four years private and contracting experience. She has a degree in Architecture, and a degree in Quantity Surveying.       She has experience in working in Cost Management, Contract Administration, Employers Agent and Project Management. Previous companies Debbie has worked for include Barraclough, English and Wright, Auburn Ainsley, Clarke Thomas Swift, Hobson Hague and C&B Builders.       Deborah has managed and worked on construction projects within the leisure, education, transport, housing and retail sectors ranging from £50k conversions to £20million new builds. This experience has given her a working knowledge of co-ordinating a team to ensure the client obtains a project which finishes to a high standard, within budget and is on time. Collette Turner Collette Collette Turner is a training quantity surveyor, qualified to HNC level, and working towards degree level in quantity surveying.       She had four years previous experience working with Richard in a busy estimating department at a medium sized building company, before working for five years overseas, where she managed the quality control, maintenance and health and safety of the company buildings’.     Following the birth of her daughter, Collette has returned to work, once again, with Richard. She is responsible for site surveys, preparation of sub contractor and supplier enquiries, assisting will all aspects of quantity surveying and estimates, and the general office management.   Lisa  Lisa Fletcher.| Lisa is the Company Secretary and was proactive and influential with the setting up of the business, she works part time looking after the accounts and administration duties.   Previous to this Lisa worked in nursing and care work for 10 years; she is enjoying the challenge of her new career.   About the company   The company was formed in December 2006 with the aim of providing Quantity Surveying and Estimating services to companies within the Construction Industry.   We aim to provide our clients with financial comfort whilst maintaining a commercial edge during the tender process and to provide our clients with certainty of construction costs prior to works commencing on site. We understand the difficulties that many small to medium sized construction companies have in meeting deadlines in relation to their tendering and estimating commitments.
