So you 'get' GTD and you want a group of your colleagues, perhaps your team or peer group, to get it too?
Or you want to find out what options there are for rolling out GTD as standard operating behaviour for a larger group of people?
Of course, you could buy a truck-load of GTD books, hand them out and hope that everyone reads theirs. It could work, and as part of a blended approach, it would probably be helpful. But equally probably it wouldn't be enough to bring about any kind of culture-change on its own.
Many corporate clients bring a group along to a public seminar, hosted by David Allen. This has the advantage of flexibility and it's also cost-effective for small groups. These are run in Central London.
Alternatively, if you can get a dozen or more people together in the same place at the same time, an in-house event is probably more cost-effective, and it gives us the opportunity to make the session a little more "yours".
Another option is that we'll be running open workshops in regional centres around the country from time to time, according to demand. Please let us know if you are interested in attending one.
