The best way to get a top-notch GTD implementation up and running quickly is to get at-desk help from a GTD coach who has been there and done it.
Make no mistake, we have coached some of the brightest, most creative and most successful people on the planet. The people who are attracted to GTD are no slouches.
All the same, we find over and again that showing is better than telling.
And there is something about getting real-time feedback on what you are doing with your system that makes all the difference, particularly in the early stages and particularly when that feedback is given by someone who has helped a lot of other people through a similar process.
These are the two big differences between our coaching services and the other services we offer -
- you get shown what to do and how to do it, in your own environment and with your own tools and data; and
- you get accurate and timely feedback - we can see what you're doing with your system while you're doing it.
Telecoaching is a good option for those who have a system already set up and who want to fine-tune or validate their implementation. It is also a useful implementation option for those who are not able to fund a day or two of face-to-face coaching, or who wish to take things at a slower pace.
Face-to-face coaching is the most effective route we know of - get someone in to work alongside you over a day or two, and come out at the end with a working system, ready to go.
