This web page must be the result of to much time wasted at work! I can't help but down tools and have a quick surf around the best shooting sites on the internet. Here are a few of my favourite sites from around the world:

 The Ultimate Hunting Community
Of all shooting sports, wildfowling is the most arduous, the most romantic and the loneliest. It is also the branch of shooting in which the newcomer has most to learn - in terms of safety, quarry identification, marshcraft and ethics. Wildfowling.co.uk has been designed to help wildfowlers to find information that will be helpful to them as they pursue wild fowl in wild places.

Our good friend Simon Whitehead at Pakefield Ferrets is ensuring that the tradition of ferreting is continued for future generations, just take a look at his site or sit in on one of his displays at the major Country Fairs in the UK
The BBC is not, perhaps, at the front of the queue when considering Shooting Links but when I'm going out Wildfowling I would not be without this great link to the UK Tide Tables. Having looked at the tides, what about the weather forecast?

If you are wanting advice on reloading a Centrefire rifle then this site from the USA is a fantastic starting point - Varmint Al's Reloading Page!

This site from the USA contains some good information on shotshell ballistics, pellet sizes, patterns, steel shot and much more. Interested? Then take a look at The Shotshell Information Page

Information on the Crown Estate's role within Wildfowling, guidance notes, bag returns, Crown Leases, etc...

The Shooting Index, a growing guide to UK Shooting.
