These trousers are new.

1994 Pattern Combat trousers were made from a heavyweight Cotton Modal material which was very hard wearing and comfortable. They were treated with a water repelling agent to give a good degree if water repellency when new. The tight weave of the material makes them windproof. The trousers feature a drawcord waist and button waist adjusters so they fit a good size range. They have tie leg bottoms, front waist pockets and two leg cargo pockets with button down flaps.
