The Emerger II are perhaps the lightest wading shoes on the market. They also are an economical choice. But every penny you invest is in quality, not fancy looks. The EVA-sole protects your feet from rocks and the speed laces make the shoes easy to put on. The top is made of durable nylon with padded ankles and the toe and heel sections are protected with heavy rubber. These shoes are really fun to use when wading. We recommend them for all conditions, except very rocky costal or river situations.
