Leave the A1M at Junction 58 .
Take the A68 until you reach West Auckland , then turn left onto the A688 , signposted to North Pennines and Teesdale .
Take the third turn off right at the Sun Inn Public House signposted to Cockfield .
Keep on this road then bear right after leaving the village of Esperley and go straight over the crossroads signposted to High Lands .
Go down the hill and at the very bottom is the hamlet of Low Lands .
Turn immediately right after the small bridge , opposite the village sign .
Follow the farm drive and the cottages are on the left hand side .
Swallows Nest guests , please park on the driveway outside the front door .
Stonecroft guests , please park on the cobbles .
