Turkish Delight
Authentic Turkish Delight from Istanbul
This delicate confectionary is originally known as "lokum" in Turkey and was made exclusively for the sultans. Over time, its popularity grew beyond the palace walls and became a romantic courting gift. Traditional, natural and fresh, our Lokum comes from a family whose forefathers' history reaches into the heart of the palace kitchen.
We have 5 delicious varieties in beautifully designed packaging. Our Great Taste Award Gold winning Pistachio Turkish Delight also comes in an elegant wooden gift box. All our Turkish Delights are made according to traditional recipes and therefore do not contain any Gelatine so all our products are suitable for Vegetarians.

Sweet Chestnuts
Chestnuts are a wonderfully seasonal delicacy but with these candied chestnuts and sweet chestnut puree you can enjoy them all year round. The chestnuts come from the mountainous area of Odemis near Izmir in Turkey, from the Bozdag Mountains where they grow at an altitude of over 1,500m.
Candied Chestnuts in syrup 530g
Peeled and cooked, these chestnuts are candied in syrup and are ideal as a sweet treat your tea or coffee or as a topping crumbled over ice cream, cakes, pancakes or waffles.
Sweet Chestnut Puree/spread 470g
Delicious on pancakes or simple toast, it is the perfect alternative to traditional chocolate spread.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive of Troy – our Gold Award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the area of Ancient Troy on the Turkish Agean Coast.
We are very proud of our single estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The Ertur Family has been producing this Olive Oil since 1899. The estate is in a region where their ancestors have been making this golden elixir for over 4,000 years. The olives are hand-picked very early in the season, sometimes as early as October, which gives our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil their distinctly fruity taste. They are then cold-pressed within only a few hours of picking to seal in the freshness and full taste.
Our Olive of Troy - Selection range is a more fuller bodied Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a deeper golden colour. It is made from the Olives of the same single family estate, the only difference being that the Olives are picked about a month later, giving the oil a little more of a mature flavour.

Grilled Vegetables in Oil
Our 100% natural vegetable products are great to eat on their own, as a starter or as an ingredient in delicious mediterranean dishes, from pizza to pasta and salads.
We have the following usual susptects:

Sun Dried Tomatoes
These tomatoes come from the Western Coast of Turkey, where they are carefully harvested and left to dry under the Anatolian sun before placing them in individual jars with oil. We will soon also have available Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is a very versatile delicacy as it can be used in many dishes: throw some into a green salad or a pasta salad, then drizzle over some of the oil and herbs in its jar, add a little balsamic vinegar or a squeeze of fresh lemon for a zesty, tasty salad; or add a handful of chopped sundried tomatoes into your usual pasta sauce. It is also delicious on its own with a little feta or mozzarella on the side, either as a snack or starter.

Bruschettas & Tapenades
These vegetarian delights are perfect as a starter with toasted bread or ciabbata, on their own or with a little cheddar, mozzarella or feta. They also make a tasty addition to pasta sauces. We have 3 delicious varieties:
