A Replacement Vehicle: If you are involved in a motor accident that is not your fault, we will keep you mobile by arranging a hire vehicle suitable for your needs and we will recover the cost directly from the fault party on your behalf. You are insured for these costs in the unlikely event that you are unable to recover them.
Credit Repair: If in the view of RVM the accident is clearly non-fault, and the faults party insurance details are valid, an RVM appointed repairer will carry out repairs with the costs being recovered directly from the other party.
If you are third party insured you will not have to fund the repairs. If you are comprehensively insured you will not need to fund your policy excess.
Personal Injury Compensation: You are entitled to compensation for injuries suffered by you or your passengers as innocent victims of a road traffic accident.
Policy Excess: If you have paid a policy excess as a result of a non-fault accident it can be recovered as part of your claim.
Loss of Earnings: If you are unable to work as a result of the accident your losses can be included in your claim.
