The George has 9 comfortable en-suite bedrooms located on two floors of our elegant and historic hotel. Come and stay for just bed and breakfast or why not have dinner in our delightful restaurant. Special dinner, bed and breakfast rates are available.

All rooms can be let as singles.

All rooms are en suite and equipped with Flat screen Digital TV, Hospitality tray, hairdryer and wireless Broadband Internet access. Residents have full use of our comfortable and newly decorated Resident’s Lounge located on the first floor which has a large screen TV, books and children’s games. We have also just completed redecoration and new carpeting in all stairs and corridors to add to your comfort.

All of our rooms are newly redecorated and fitted with new power showers and luxury new faux leather beds with pocket sprung mattresses. They are tasteful, comfortable and relaxing.

One of our double rooms can be combined with a single room to offer family accomodation in a two separate rooms with one door accessing both. Please specify if you would like to book these rooms.

A full English Breakfast (or Continental if preferred) is included in the cost of your room. Our guests often comment about our delicious breakfasts….
