Cortland have come up with a reel clever system here, [pardon the pun]. Two models of reel both complete with 4 cartridges, 2 are large arbour, and 2 are standard arbour. This gives you the opportunity to load some spools with either more backing, or larger line weight lines. For example take the smaller reel, 2 LA spools can be loaded with say a #5 line, and the standard spools with a #7 line, and still hold a good amount of backing.
