The GT is made from a high grade aluminium bar stock. It is fully machined with a hard anodized finish making it suitable for saltwater use. The spools have a very high capacity for backing, the GT11 will hold a WF 11 Spey line as well as 200m of 30lb backing. Finally the drag, like all of Visions' reels it is absolutely flawless and silky smooth, using roller bearings and a disc brake. This reel will tackle the toughest of fish.
