This rod is totally different from the original GRX. It is much more responsive and smoother. The rod feels lighter in the hand and is also stunningly finished in black. The action of the blanks are a very user friendly and fairly fast middle-tip. As a high performance economy or starter rod these GRXi's are well worth their money. Available in 12 options from a 7' #2/3 light brook rod to 11' #6/7 single handed rod. The blanks are either 3pc in the trout models, or 4pc in the traveller models.
