This Fox boat fishing rod rest has been primarily designed for predator anglers who bait fish from boats.
It is simply clamped to the boat and is ideal for trolling or static fishing.
It has a rubber moulded rear rest which grips the rod butt and an over moulded front rubber rest to offer maximum protection to the rod.
These boat rod rests have been manufactured to fit the majority of boats found in the UK and Europe.
Included with the rod rest is an overfit threaded head which replaces the front rest, allowing a Micron bite alarm to be fitted if required.
