Our aim is to provide a cost effective service to small and medium sized
businesses who are looking for a return on their investment. Our aim is to keep the whole process and cost structure as transparent as possible.
1) Placing an Order
- We offer an initial appraisal meeting with No Charge.
- Where appropriate, we will provide a report with recommendations.
- Standard Services can be provided at set costs agreed at outset.
- Bespoke Design or Consultancy work would be charged at an agreed rate at outset.
- Design and Build Costs are paid for by cheque, 50% of cost with the order and the remainder when the site is ready to go Live.
- On-going costs such as Submission, Hosting Fees and Licence Fees are paid by Standing Order at the beginning of each month.
Our aim is to have your website up and running within one month of placing your order.
2) We Don't Tie You into Long Term Contracts
We DON'T tie our clients into longterm contracts. All payments for on-going services are paid through Standing Order. We prefer to work on the basis that our clients choose to stay with us because we provide a
valuable service month in and month out. In other words the client stays in control.
3) Special Arrangements
