A joint exhibition by local artist, Steve Goddard and Sally Gray celebrating the Godalming to Havant railay link with themes and techniques on parchment.
Local artist Steve Goddard will exhibit landscapes with a railway theme to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Portsmouth Direct railway line through Godalming to Havant. Sally Gray uses intricately detailed techniques with parchment to produce art work on various themes. The link between the two exhibitors is that parchment was made in Havant for about 1000 years!
Sally uses intricately detailed techniques to produce art works using parchment, in which she celebrates her faith as well as other themes taken from craft traditions.
Stephen, as a local landscape artist, will exhibit local views, many with a railway theme, as he celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Portsmouth Direct Railway line through Godalming.
