A fantastic classic dish, made with knuckle of ham, Toulouse sausage and Puy lentils.
Chef's advice:
Place the jar in a Bain-Marie without removing the lid nor the cap untill the content get very hot.
Empty the dish, serve and eat without delay.
You can serve this dish with a nice dressed green salad and a glass of La Syrah de Villerambert Julien.
