Ah, the mysterious "Poire prisonniere"! how did the fruit entered the caraf?
The fermented fruit is distilled in a copper still and bottled.
The same procedure as the other fruit except that a pear is added onto the caraf and gives more depth to the eau de vie.
This gives just a brief outline of our produce but I would particularly like to emphasise the fact that the ingredients are 100% natural and our methods small-scale and artisanal.
